December 1, 200916 yr Sure, but not overdosing on the Vitamin D part. Overdosing on the sun exposure part = make you look old and crusty before you should = skin cancer (although tanning booth owners would disagree with that). One time I visited Florida and there was this old(er) lady in a bikini; she had an extremely dark tan, but her skin had so many saggy folds from skin damage that she looked like an armadillo. Gag.
December 3, 200916 yr I have to take calcium supplements and there's vitamin D in them. They taste like chocolate
January 5, 201016 yr Hmm... I think I really need to start remembering to take more now. The dark is starting to make me sad. One time I visited Florida and there was this old(er) lady in a bikini; she had an extremely dark tan, but her skin had so many saggy folds from skin damage that she looked like an armadillo. Gag. Ew. That is exactly why I made a point recently to find a good sensitive skin sunscreen that I wasn't allergic to. Heh... I saw an article recently about how cosmetics companies were having minor makeup hits on their hands with very pale shades of foundation and things with Twilight tie-ins because little girls wanted to look all pale and shimmery like Bella. :inquisitive: Erm... I think that could count as some sort of psychological condition, but all the same, porcelain complexions have been considered beautiful a lot longer than tanned ones on people with pale skin. Fake tans and sun damage both look so gross.
January 5, 201016 yr I don't take anytype of vitamins....but I'm 100% sure i need as much fiber and vitamin C as i can get... I'm just too lazy to care about my health... :anxious:
January 5, 201016 yr ^Hey, it's January. That's what clementines are for. :nice: And they're yummy too.
