has anybody done with SAT test? what does it look like? is it hard? im going face on that next march! im so nervous :uneasy: :sick:

You should by a book with practice exams.

It's never as bad as you think it will be.

Then why are you asking what it looks like and if it's hard?

I took it, it's not bad. Just takes a long time. Theres a writing part first and then it switches between math and reading. Each section is timed so don't linger on one problem for too long. Also if you get one wrong, you lose a point. So unless you're certain of the answer or it's between two, leave it blank.

When I took it half the people in the room freaked and ran out of the building :wreck:

It's not hard, is very simple but long.

It's fucking brutal. Took well over 5 hours in a smelly sweaty gym with a bunch of weird teenagers I didn't know. My hand hurt, the desk was like sitting in a corkscrew, and I honestly felt like up and leaving about 15 times. Worse experience than the orthodontist.

Grids, it's not bad at all. I took it just once. I didn't study at all and made a 1310. As long as you look over that practice book you bought, you should be OK. :)

The maximum number of points is 2400, based on a perfect score of 800 in math, reading, and writing.

 

The average score is 1300-1600. Anything above 1800 is excellent, Ivy Leagues want +2000.

Reading all that points stuff stressed me.
