(semi-relatedly: I used to think I had ADHD when I was a kid but it was just because I hated school coz it was so uninteresting. If there's something I'm interested in I have no problems concentrating.)

That is exactly one of the main characteristics of AD(H)D.

 

 

The side-effects are different for everybody. I haven't had major problems with them yet, luckily. And I wouldn't mind losing a few pounds :P

Ah, yeah it is, but I don't think I have it; if I do have some mild ADHD I've gotten quite good at managing it and don't have any sleep issues. So I'm not really chomping at the bit to take Ritalin. :P

Some of my friends are like that! But because I am actually kind of funny, I think. Although sometimes I just say regular things a certain way and people think it is funny. Yayyy <3

From what I know there's 'regular' autism, Asperger's, Rett's, PDD-NOS and desintegration disorder (I translated the last one..)

My mom must have ADD, she can never finish a sentence in one go, it takes like 20seconds.

I'm not sure if that's typical for ADD :thinking:
