I feel horrible for that Detriot pitcher, whatever his name was. It was nice to see how badly the Ump fell though. He's not heartless, like most of the umps.

 Sorry, dude.

And don't feel too bad, he got a free Corvette out of it. And even if he's not technically in the record books, people will recognize the achievement regardless. And as I've heard, his case is even more interesting because he would be the only pitcher to face 28 batters in a perfect game.

But I agree, umpire Jim Joyce definitely acted in a classy manner, as well as the whole Tigers organization, and most of the fans too. Detroit rocks! \m/

That's true. But since it's not in the record books he won't be acclaimed for it. Oh well, it's very bittersweet for the guy.

I meant for ever letting the guy go. :D

 He's my favourite player of all time and I was depressed the entire day when he left, but we're re-building the team so in a twisted way that makes sense.

I told Marisa about this already, but walked by Derek Jeter on Sunday he was about 2 feet away from me. Even though I don't like Yankees, that was pretty focking cool. :wacky: And I totally embarrassed myself by freaking out :shame:

^^I saw that. Horrible.

That's pretty cool, but if I'd walked by Derek Jeter, I would've punched him. :veryangry2:

Hmmmm well I always liked Derek Jeter, he's a great player and seemed really nice too. I'm 100% sure, that if I wasn't too busy being an idiot and spazzing, and actually came up to him when he stopped and looked back, he would have signed stuff and took pictures. So I didn't participate in the booing when he was batting. I did join in on the "A-ROD SUCKS" chant though.

Derek is great :D you have to agree a tiny bit? :p

Lul, you'd have been arresterd.

, worth it.

Red Sox and Phillies this weekend! Going to be interesting, they're both playing about the same.

But at least the Sox are actually scoring runs. Lots of runs, actually. I expect them to win the series.

Unfortunately, I don't. You have to understand that I can't. :D

I'll respect that :)

Philly vs. Yankees tonight! :D

Halladay vs. Sabathia.

I noticed! Don't worry. It won't surprise me if the Phillies tie it because Sabathia has been blowing a lot of games this season.

Well, 6-3. :) Only top of the 7th though so there's still time.

If Halladay can't hold back the Yankees, I don't think anyone can. :uhoh:

I have a feeling tonight will be even uglier than last night.
