I just play fantasy baseball and cheer on the players on my team.

I used to LOVE baseball (so much that at one point during middle school I thought it'd be cool to have that as a profession... I played 1st base).

 

I don't really watch it anymore, and haven't been to a game in a few years. I root for the Mets (but I guess why I got into that team is my family (including most of my extended family) are big fans of the team.

Ian Kinsler? Very respectable choice. :nice: I don't follow the American league nearly as much as the National league. IDK why. :thinking: Maybe it has something to do with the use of the DH. I find it unnecessary.

 

Interesting you mention the Diamondbacks. These past few years, the entire NL West has been in shambles. Brandon Webb is pretty BAMFin', though.

I have had Justin Upton on my squad for a few years, got him dirt cheap in a trade when he was still a prospect. And I also have their closer. Plus there is something cool about their sandy red colour. I dig.

 

I've still yet to watch a full baseball game from beginning to end. I've caught the end of a few Jays games here and there but that is about it.

I like the red, too. They wore purple jerseys for the longest time.
