March 12, 201016 yr i just started to listen to radiohead, there 1997 album OK COmputer i think is absolutely amazing and i have never heard anything like it. Im going to go to the store today to by Kid A because i heard it was really good. Any suggestions on why i should by it??? :D
March 12, 201016 yr OMG WHY IS THIS NOT IN THE RADIOHEAD THREAD? Sorry. It's just that I see so much of Radiohead around here as it is, that threads like this are like, "Really? Why?" :P "Kid A" is one of those albums that takes more than one listen to really get. However, when you finally do, you really start to appreciate what Thom Yorke and company do with the songs and whatnot. While it's still not an absolute fave for me as far as Radiohead goes, it's definitely worth the buy.
March 12, 201016 yr ^You mean not being able to post in the correct thread? No, an addiction to Radiohead.
March 12, 201016 yr Forget what these fools are saying... Kid A is amazing ....but In Rainbows is even better :smug:
March 13, 201016 yr In Rainbows is sooo damn good! I have that and OK COMPUTER.. which is telling you something cos I don't buy music that often xD I wanna get The Bends now :wacky:
March 13, 201016 yr It makes no sense whatsoever, but I like The Bends better than OKC and Kid A. :wacky:
March 13, 201016 yr I <3 The Bends  Amnesiac is that one album that I just can't get into. Kid A is "ok", but not better than IR, OC, and TB
March 13, 201016 yr I only got into Amnesiac very recently. That album is the hardest to get into, I think.
March 13, 201016 yr ^I disagree... Pablo Honey is the hardest to get into... I've been a fan for a few years now and still can't get into it :P but seriously... yeah either Amnesiac or Kid A are hard to get into (I kinda don't even consider PH to be a Radiohead album)... but once the album clicks (click clack of the heavy black train :P), it's great!
March 13, 201016 yr yes it is painful for a good portion... the only songs I like off it are: You, Creep, Lurgee & Blow Out though I do like the US Single version of Stop Whispering... much better than the PH version IMO
March 13, 201016 yr Just a warning: Being a fan of OKC doesn't necessarily mean you will like Kid A. Radiohead lost me for awhile when they did Kid A. I was like, "what the he'll is this!?!". It might be my second favorite radiohead album now.
