N-Dubz Dappy for Prime Minister

(UKPA) – 5 hours ago

N-Dubz frontman Dappy has been voted the pop star people would most like to have as their Prime Minister.

The hat-wearing rapper pipped Cheryl Cole at the 11th hour in the poll of MySpace users.

Cheryl's fellow X Factor judge Simon Cowell was third followed by Morrissey and Beatles legend Sir Paul McCartney.

Grime star Dizzee Rascal was sixth, followed by Blur's Damon Albarn - whose bandmate Dave Rowntree is actually standing as a Labour candidate in the General Election.

Noel Gallagher followed at number eight, mouthy singer Lily Allen was ninth and Coldplay's Chris Martin, who likes to write his political opinions on his hands, took tenth place.

Katie Price's ex-husband Peter Andre and rehab singer Amy Winehouse fought it out at the bottom of the list, with Amy just beating Peter to the title of least popular fantasy leader.

Over 1000 people took part in the poll at http://www.MySpace.com.

Damon Albarn should be number 1. :awesome:
