So finally Gordon Brown has said what he should have said on Friday. He will be stepping down from his role as Labour leader and thus as Prime Minister. But he is prepared to still pave a way for a coalition with the Lib Dems and other minor parties in order for his party to still govern. If it did happen it'd probably be the most undemocratic episode in the history of the UK, with the party who had the most seats shoved back in opposition, despite getting the most votes and seats.

 

Meanwhile The Daily Telegraph have published an article regarding what they see the rather undemocratic actions of what has and could still happen. A shameful few days for a country that prided itself as the most democratic country in the world.
