Their debut album is expected to drop some time this year, and they're listed several places as a band to look out for this year :D I've been following them for a while now.

Warpaint announces new album “The Fool”

Warpaint will release their debut album “The Fool” on October 26 in the US (October 25 in the UK).

 

The album was produced by Tom Biller (Liars, Sean Lennon). Primal Scream and New Order DJ/collaborator Andrew Weatherall plus Adam Samuels (John Frusciante, Pearl Jam) have added further mixes.

I really like Warpaint, I first heard of them as Emily Kokal was dating John Frusciante a while ago and I think he played with them live somewhere so I was intrigued to see the kind of music she made and thought it was pretty good to tell the truth:).
