Hello,

I ordered a T-Shirt from the coldplay store over a week ago, and after a week of it saying 'Waiting Fuilfullment' it now says 'Closed'

Does this mean that it's been sent and is now in the hands of the postal service, or that my order has been closed and I will not get my T-shirt?

 

Please help
