Yeah she is. I don't know how she hasn't been fired. We get several complaints a week about her. She gets into fights with customers almost every day.

I would think your employers would have to tread carefully if wanting to fire someone with a mental illness - in terms of all the legal stuff.

Where abouts do you work? Could she maybe not interact with the public?

She's not actually mentally ill just crazy. And no, there is nothing else she can do but work with customers no matter how bad for business it is.

 

I wonder if they're worried she'd come back and kill us if she was fired. I'm not even joking, I could easily see her showing up with a shotgun on meth and trying to kill us.
