If I just move it like I would regularly, I have to move my other toes in the opposite direction. Like tiny mirror string-puppets. On my feet. So yeah. But after some concentration, I could also do it with my left foot lol, thought it's still easier to do it with my right foot. But I already voted for the 3rd option.
