I STILL LOVE HER

Featured Replies

What a shitty situation to be in like others have said though, just try and talk to her and resolve things, at least then you will know either way and be able to move on, instead of always wondering "What if?" and driving yourself nuts.

Okay, I'll try to talk to her next time I see her. I don't know what to say but I'll think about it so that when I inevitably see her I'll be able to settle things.

Just ask her: Hey, can we talk about things?

One of my so-called 'friends' decided to get involved, knowing exactly what had happened between me and this girl. So he told her, but probably exaggerated things going by the reaction it's gotten, she apparently wrote something about me earlier and a few of my friends have told me about it... :/

And also, I'm going to my friend's show in a few nights, he's in a Nirvana tribute band. An awkward situation is gonna come out of this because she's a fan of Nirvana, plus she's friends with him as well and her boyfriend is also friends with him, so chances are she'll be there, with or without him (I don't even know if she's still going out with him, but she probably is), so yeah, I'm preparing for the worst when I go to that but I'm not backing out and disappointing my friend just because she's gonna be there

Wow that's messed up, I'm sorry man. I pray the best for you.

Ew, I hate people who do that. Did he at least ask beforehand?

Just wanted to let you all know, it's been resolved, to an extent. I still haven't made up with her, but it's fine. I cleared my head, got to know some people more, generally got out again and I'm happy with the way things are going.

I'd still rather make amends and be friends with this girl again, but it's her choice. Nothing happened, it's fine. It happens. I've moved on. Just wanted to get that out in the open since it's my first time posting here in a month or so.

Im in the same situation dude... Its sooooo hard. If you were anything like me you will have been crying. ALOT! but it does get easier in time.. Meanwhile, give her space.. because nagging will do no good at all. Even though it might makeyou feel better, its making things worse.

Give it time, go out, write songs, consider getting to know other girls etc.. Listen to more Coldplay

People's advice earlier in this thread turned out to be true, thanks to all the people who posted :)

And if anyone gets into a similar situation, I hope they manage to pull through sooner than I did :)

More often than not, it seems.
