Most of my album artwork in itunes has that gray note and I hate it :( and I tried to do it all manually but then it didn't save and now I just want some program.

and then click on quality->high and you'll find higher quality images.

 

find one you like, then copy the image, and then simply paste it into the "album artwork" section in the get info menu of the album

Nvm, I found a program called Rinse, but it only works for iTunes library and I'm doing this from my iPod.

Can't you try right-clicking each album and clicking "get album artwork"? You'd have to make sure all the info is correct when you do that though.

You can highlight more than 1 album using that method, although it's a bit hit & miss, either coming back with nothing or something completely random

You can go to http://coverlandia.blogspot.com/ and do it manually

their artworks are the best
