I am chatting with a friend :p

oh I didn't know that Fran

You've readen that in the YT comments, right? :P

No, because I'm a fan of both bands :P

Bye Fran! :)

wow, you eat very fast! :o

I'm eating ice cream

I love songs It Won't Be Long and Identification. Others are also pretty cool. :)

I'm making plans to go to Swansea City's next home match after they play Stoke. Hotel prices always jack up on matchdays, so hopefully one of my fellow supporter-friends will offer me a place to stay, if they don't then I'll wait for an away game where this don't happen with hotels.

Oh, good luck! :)

I can't find the thread for Secret Santa...someone help me...this is random so I put it here.

Send me a message with the link. Please?!!!

Haha!, thanks!, I'll be needing it!. Is brilliant they're in the Premier League now, but it means tons of plastic supporters coming to the matches and games selling out fast unlike they did last season. Hotels jacking up prices is wrong though, it means less people staying and ruins the chances of games selling out as Swansea supporters live in London also, so need to stay at hotels. It's 3 hours on the train to Swansea from London, then 20 mins walk to the stadium from there.

In Italy there's a team (Novara) which is in the same situation, actually :)

Channel 4 in the UK used to show live Serie A matches every Sunday between 1991-1998, quite annoyed when they sold the coverage contract to Bravo TV who then passed it onto Channel 5 a few years ago. It wasn't as good as it was on Channel 4 and there's no more Serie A coverage on UK TV anymore.

Novara were promoted the same way Swansea were interesingly enough- third place and promoted through the play-off. The English play-off promotion system is a little different though, the top two in The Championship (level 2 league) go to the Premier League, then the teams finishing 3rd-6th play a knock-out competition until one team is left. Very rarely the 3rd placed team wins, the season before last Blackpool finished 6th and only just got the play-off spot on the last day of the season. In Italy though, the 3rd placed Serie B team plays against the team that finished two places from bottom in Serie A, which I think is better.

In Italy we can see the Premier League only on Sky Sports and Mediaset Premium, sadly :(

That's an interesting coincidece by the way!

I really hope Swansea City does well this year.

BTW, now I have to go, bye everyone! :)

We have a small team but a good defence with plenty of money coming in thanks to Adidas supplying the kit, not to mention 40 million from TV revenue.

Sky Sports is the same company as Sky in the UK isn't it?, I remember a company called Sky Italia, I think they're a separate company though. The VIP Bar at the Millenium Music Hall in Cardiff has a Sky Italia subscription!. Mediaset I've heard of, they used to show Champions League games involving the Italian clubs. Rai Due and Rai Uno as well as LA7 I got while on holiday in Malta a few years back.

Am confident we'll do well come the end of the season, we're having a slow start but will gel into it and get a few more wins. The 3-0 win over West Brom almost felt like we were escaping relegation on the last day of the season!. Defence and home form will be the key. Is nice seeing a Welsh team in it though, my friend from Spain said similar stuff about Premier League coverage, he said only Cannal + packages show the games, while Spanish TV don't show lower league games, so only heard about Swansea's promotion and didn't get to see it. Might make him a copy of my 2010-11 season DVD I bought from their club shop. Sky Sports show La Liga games, using Cannal + feeds, but it's mostly Barcelona and Real Madrid games every Saturday night or so, not most of the league.

Speak to ya laters!, have a nice night! :) xxx
