January 16, 201214 yr NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! (Did that help emphisize the situation? ;))
January 16, 201214 yr I'm about halfway done now. I worked on it a bit yesterday and for an hour today. So I'll finish the rest of it tomorrow because I technically only have to answer one more question. And Tom Delonge's voice just melted my brain :stunned:
January 16, 201214 yr Okay. :blank: (...why does this course take so much time?) A pond is being drained through an outlet pipe, then will be filled through an inlet pipe. If the inlet pipe can fill the pond in 9 hours and the outlet pipe can empty the pond in 15 hours, how long would it take to fill the pond if the outlet pipe was left open? Well, that's inefficient water use.
January 16, 201214 yr One press can run the day’s newspapers in 6 hours, while another can do the same job in 8 hours. After running together for 2 hours to complete the job, the faster one breaks. How much longer must the slower press run to finish the newspapers? Really?
