January 29, 201214 yr ^^My advice, get off the Internet. Things like the web and tv keep you up and stimulate your brain, making it harder for you to fall asleep. Other than that, I say listen to Strawberry Swing, I listen to it when I'm stressed/can't sleep, and it works. ^ I know right.
