Seriously, there are tariffs with 2 rates where 1 kicks in at night but the hours change depending what company & deal, ones which has 2 tariffs which drop to the 2nd tariff after you have used X units per day/week/month.

 

It's hard as you can't make a decision without knowledge of rocket science.

^ i get what you mean....sometimes those 2-tariff deals look very conducive all depending on what exactly you want it for.
