One of the best lines in Back to the Future is, "that's heavy", and Marty has to explain this phrase to 1955-Doc Brown.

 

So perhaps, this album is about an outsider/alien from the future who speaks a different language that looks like ours but doesn't make sense to us. And this alien is here to explain to us what things like "that's heavy" or "Mylo Xyloto" or "M.M.I.X." mean, or shouldn't mean.

Well, they did play the Back to the Future theme at the beginning of a couple of early festival gigs this year instead of MX.

I'm guessing a couple of the lyrics might take a bit of influence, but I'm not expecting the album to be a retelling of BTTF or anything.

Crossed my mind that Paradise, could contain bit's of the other songs in the Lyric, but i have now grounds to prove that...

If it's an alien in a new world, it could be Marty McFly in 1955.

 

But no, I think this is nonsense. :P
