One of the best lines in Back to the Future is, "that's heavy", and Marty has to explain this phrase to 1955-Doc Brown. So perhaps, this album is about an outsider/alien from the future who speaks a different language that looks like ours but doesn't make sense to us. And this alien is here to explain to us what things like "that's heavy" or "Mylo Xyloto" or "M.M.I.X." mean, or shouldn't mean. /random thoughts at 3 AM.
