I don't understand the hate towards PoC I understand that this isn't your typical Coldplay song but that is what's so awesome about Coldplay...they try out different things; they grow as artists. That's the whole point of having a long career; you have to re-invent yourself. If they did the same things over and over, it would get boring not only for us the listeners but also for them. There are only so many "The Scientist" or "Fix You"'s they can do. We need to allow them grow and let their creativity flow. Personally, I am not a big Rihanna fan but her voice sounds very pretty on here. The ONLY thing I don't like about the song is that it has more Rihanna than Coldplay.

Remember when Coldplay tweeted the picture of what was supposed to be a shot from the video and it was Chris playing piano? ..what about that model they had hired? Anyone know what happened to that idea? I really like this video, though. I thought it was very funny, simple..and cute...haha. :D

I heard it now. I had to put my headphones on my speakers were fucked up. I still prefer the Live version, but the song grew on me..I like it now even though I'm still a bit disappointed.

I'm glad I'm not the only one. I was beginning to think I was the only one who didn't like the studio version of this song. This should be "Rihanna featuring Coldplay" The only part I really liked was the end and Rihanna's part. Chris should have sang "You could have been a princess and I'd be a king" I don't think she sounds like a whining bitch lol but I think if they had done this song with the arrangement of the LIVE version, it would have been EPIC. This kind of sounds weird, but, I have a feeling it will grow on me.

@Skin&Bones - are you SERIOUS? I'm on my 2nd listen and I still don't like it. Where's the bass? where's that "umph" that the live version had? This blows.
