Standing Tickets - don't worry if your receipt has a row and seat numbers

This has come up a few times in the MEN & O2 threads.

 

Mich has spoken to someone (Ticketmaster or O2, I forget which). The tickets have seat numbers so they can judge capacity. If you went through the standing option, and your receipt says floor, you DO have standing tickets.

It was ticketmaster I spoke to :)

well I mean the promo ones because it says tickets unavailable and I'm a noob and I doubt I'll be allowed to go anyway but I want to :(
