I figured it out. My operating system is Leopard. I need snow leopard or Lion to veiw. :/

Yeah mine is like the last version of Leopard 10.5.8 right before they did Snow Leopard. I just never upgraded to Snow Leopard. It wasn't a problem until they came out with Lion. :P I want to upgrade to Lion, but I need to go to the Apple store and see how to do that without having to go through the intermediary Snow Leopard upgrade.
