I don't know if you can officially call it a neighborhood but it's one of the most beautiful areas in Lisbon. That's why I would advise your friend to go to this FNAC in particular. And, by the way, there are a lot of cool shops there and Bairro Alto, the neighborhood with lots and lots of cool bars/pubs, is nearby. So definitely a must see in Lisbon.

@ Su, I`ve ordered Matt`s book 2 weeks ago! :nice: Hopefully it won`t take too long to arrive here. haha, come on, how could you almost get lost in downtown? In the historic center? And yeah, I`ve already ordered Coldplay stuff from Saraiva and checked Cultura. I haven`t found any singles on FNAC though. It would be so much easier if they could just sell singles in normal stores :sad:

 

How great :) Is it the English or the Portuguese version? I ordered mine when I got my Mylo Xyloto. I didn't know one could get the original version through Livraria Cultura. I saw some on Amazon but I was worried that shipping and taxes issues you already mentioned.

 

I think my hability to get lost (anywhere) is probably beyond human understanding :bigcry:. For some reason, I got the number wrong and the store was in one end of the avenue and I went straight to pretty much the other end. I really don't know how I managed to do it.

 

I think I saw once or twice local stores selling singles from Parachutes and AROBTTH but they were either unreasonably expensive or sold out ages ago. It really is a pity.
