but psychology, sociology, etc. isn't just about how you make friends and interact with people

it's also about how you think and why

how did you think when you were younger

how did that change

and how people of different races and social classes interact with each other

it's really cool y'all

Still not interesting.

AND HI MADISON.

(Madison, Dee is also a CTYer)

Everything has a point

*cough* except US history *cough*

:| :|

I loved US History.

I think everyone hates U.S. history.

And some of my favourites: language/dialect (though thats more cultural) & stereotypes

Yep, linguistics and sociology kinda go hand-in-hand

EDIT: There's a word for it! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sociolinguistics

I love weird languages and accents :wacky:

I just said never mind. :blank:

...I think I'm coming down with a cold. Joy.

...never mind.

Exactly.

Don't hate, I find the Civil War extremely interesting.

I'll probably like World History 10x better though.

I think being a psychologist could be pretty cool.

You could talk to troubled people and figure out why they're the way they are. Or why people are nervous around certain people or things.

I love reading about screwed up people

seriously

It can't just be me right

FUTURE CTYer. :D

If I ever clarify me taking the PSAT on March 10th *fingerscrossed*

I don't watch enough TV to hate anything.

Never really liked the Simpsons though...

Good luck! The both of us are going for the second time this year.

What class do you want to take?

I also love crime shows, not the fiction ones

I don't think there's anyone that doesn't like to read about dead people or mentally ill people

it has to be something in the brain

because they make those books for kids with all the gross facts

and they love to read it

It's like

you don't want it to happen to you

but you just love learning about it

Is there somewhere I can read about that because that's seriously interesting to me

^^I've always hated shows like that
