I have to wonder why chickens are apparently lesser creatures than cows and pigs, but, you know, whatever.

I don't know if he was saying he doesn't care about cows and pigs as much-I'd have to watch the interview again to refresh myself. I think it's just mainly that cows and pigs are harder to kill :p.
