Don't worry. Soufflés are hard to make. You could make yourself a sandwich! Or lay a slice of cheese on top of a piece of bread and stick it in the oven. Simple and tasty. :)

My favourite meal?

Chicken Parmesan and gnocchi (in pesto) with with any kind of of fresh, Italian bread, and a salad with a red wine vinegar and olive oil vinaigrette (with feta cheese in it). :D

wow, that sounds pretty good, as for me I really like pizza :P .

I like pizza too. But lots of people put onion is the tomato sauce and that sorta ruins it for me.
