So we're gonna have a haiku war people! I'll write a haiku and the next poster writes a haiku in response to that, and so on. It's kind of like a conversation made of haikus. If you don't know what a haiku is, it's a poem with three lines. The first line is 5 syllables, the second line has 7 syllables, and the third has 5 again.

 

Here it goes:

 

I like petting dogs

Dogs are very, very cute

I do not like cats

 

(ting) *bow* (< this part is just the way I end my haikus)

I love petting cats

who seriously does not?

cats are so awesome

You really like cats?

That's okay, but I do not

I am so sorry

I love furry cats

They are so much fun to pet

I wish I had one

You call this a war?

The fur ain't flying, y'all tame

house-trained, lame, soft cats.

You called me a cat?

I've had enough of that, yes

I'll show you a war!

You messed with me?

You'll regret this for sure.

Let it begin now.

Oh, oh, it's on now

I bet a cat has more brains

Than the head you have

How dare you say that?

I will show you that you are wrong!

Take that! this is war!

Oh my goodness. Wow.
