Simon7 Posted September 11, 2012 Share Posted September 11, 2012 Hi I want to get started back doin workout with weights and sit up bench. I use them at home. I used to of it and have muscle but there not as big now as I stopped. So if I start again by doing about 20 of each, once a day, possibly twice if I have time.
