Hi

 

I want to get started back doin workout with weights and sit up bench. I use them at home.

 

I used to of it and have muscle but there not as big now as I stopped.

 

So if I start again by doing about 20 of each, once a day, possibly twice if I have time.

 

Realistically how muscular or big could/would I be say in 2 weeks time??

 

Any help/ advice would be appreciated.

Ask a personal trainer, they will be able to tell you.

I can't imagine there'd be a big difference in 2 weeks
