*I know this isn't the place to complain about my order, I've contacted their customer support, but just decided to share this incase anyone out there were in the same scenario as me. Long story short.*

 

So pretty much 4 months ago, I ordered my very first coldplay shirt off of livenation. But sadly, week after week passed until 1 weeks ago, I finally received the said shirt. Even more disappointing, it turned out to be the European version of the shirt. So after receiving the shirt, I contacted their customer service and they said that it was their fault and would send me the correct shirt back for free. I was glad at this and so I waited another week.

 

One week later, I received another package from them and it contained the shirt. Guess what was in it? The European version :(. So now they've sent me two incorrect shirts (one paid, one free) and I still don't have the NA shirt, and for some reason, I can't connect to their toll free number anymore (I made sure to contact them during the time they were available and still no hope.)

 

Pretty much I was just wondering if anyone happened to be in the same predicament as myself with wrong orders and what not. End rant.

 

P.S: I would give away these shirts but I'm not sure if my parents would allow me to do so.

Sorry to hear that. I've read quite a lot of stories about mistakes or very long delays in LiveNation deliveries :nod:

Well it turns out they never had an American Tour shirt for sale and that it was a glitch with the website. Oh well :/.

Oh that sucks. Did you then get the money back for the order? I mean, the thing you ordered wasn't available in the first place, so why would they charge you for that?

 

I have to mail them as well :thinking:
