Capo on 4th. Thats pretty much all I know. It's not in standard tuning.

The closest I got for tuning was DGDGAd, with the capo on the 4th fret as you mentioned. The chords themselves are pretty simple. The fret numbers are based on no capo just an FYI

 

The Verse chords. Really gotta stretch for that last one! I hope you have long fingers! I barely made it.

The 4th chord is just a quick change on the half count between the 3rd and 5th chords. If you watch early in the video you can see Chris do it.

I found myself the chords to play, I set up to the third fret and the first tone I think it's pretty much from what Chris played on the BBC Radio 1, but the rest is different. And it really suits me as my voice is not as high as Chris. :D
