ok. i mean, he's playing individual notes with some slides. can you usually work out music by ear or is it usually tough? A lot of times coldplay's songs aren't in tune with the standard reference pitch of A=440 hz. so if it seems like no notes work, it's probably cause the whole song is like 15 cents sharp or flat or something

gotcha. how would you like it communicated? i mean, i don't read music as far as classical notation. maybe i could just sit down with a guitar for a sec and tell you what notes he's playing and sliding from what to what?

Or actually. something i've done for people in the past is just record a short tutorial where i go though it and put it on sound cloud. Just let me know man. I'm happy to do it. Yeah I think so, my prefered way is tabs you could pm me or just record a video of your fingers or something.

Hey guys. Sorry I kind of dropped the ball on this one. Looks like it's been taken care of! Sometimes's johny's riffs can be a little tricky to hear note for note cause he uses all kinds of delays and reverb. Does anyone have a good way to post pictures? I have some good screen shots from an app called "guitar toolkit" for the chords to the song "ghost story," that might be useful to some people.
