This festival is special.

Most bands performing will be breaking off from their other tours to do it, if they're touring at all.

Radiohead is probably going to be flying in from Australia or wherever. This festival is a super-big deal.

yeah, i think radiohead have a few dates in japan, a few in austrailia, and then coachella, and that's it for the year for them.

 

i've never been to a huge festival like that before, because they're not all too common in the US, especially this part of the country. i really wanted to go to the field day festival in june, but i just couldn't justify spending that much on it, then the whole thing started falling through anyway... i have a friend who went, but his parents basically give him all the money he wants/needs. :rolleyes:
