I'm new but I can't resist posting on this thread. I see some really good movies up there, but also some that shouldn't be (Armageddon?, please). Mine are, in no partincular order:

Lock, Stock, and Two Smoking Barrels (the first Guy Ritchie film, much better than Snatch)

High Fidelity

Princess Mononoke and Spirited Away (two incredible anime films)

Natural Born Killers

Donnie Darko
