hard one..

I'll choose both, because it are two of the best and touching movies I've ever seen.. Tarnation for it's realism and Elephant for the way it's filmed

It's really hard to decide...I can't choose either. I liked Tarnation because you know, it all really happened, and I thought it was really brave of that guy to expose his life to everyone like that...and Elephant because all the teenagers really were the way they "played" and the fact that they followed them around like that. The blonde guy was cool :D

Amélie or Un long dimanche de fiançailles?

Amélie, I can watch it over and over and over without getting bored.. Un Long Dimanche is beautiful, but so much better in cinema than at home I think.. Still want it on dvd though

Amélie or Elephant? :P

Hmm..for now Amélie because I've seen it more times and know the story through and through...

Un long dimanche or Tarnation? :D

Aaah quit it, can't you ask more simple questions? :P

They're very different, but if you'd ask me which of the two I'd like to see tonight I would say Tarnation

Amsterdam or Shiver (the songs)

Amsterdam, it's a really emotional song and I'm so in love with it :nice:

Square One or Politik?

Square One

Brick or glass saw? :sneaky:

wanna use a saw or a brick, at De Vink in the middle of the night?

A brick is easier! :sneaky:

Middle of the night, the evil plan, or really early in the morning?

middle of the night of course, early in the morning trains start driving again

totally inconspicuous or center of attention?

I mean like totally, like no one's aware of your existance

I'd rather be in the attention..

Hmm..if you put it like being almost invisible...I'd pick the attention too. I would go crazy if I lost contact with the world.

that's a little overreacting maybe.. I think that as long other people still exist but don't give you attention, it'd be quite nice and quiet maybe..

hearing/telling the truth or only the good parts of the truth

Rather hearing/telling the truth...although it can be difficult and painful sometimes..

Same q.

No one ever tells the whole truth, and I'm sure in most cases no one really wants to hear it either

sleeping forever (like in coma) or dying?

Dying...I think it's slightly easier for the relatives, that it's really over...knowing that your friend or relative is still there bodily but not psychically, must be really hard saying goodbye if you know that they're never gonna wake up again. If a person is dead and buried, you can start grieving and letting go. I know how things went with my aunt who died a couple of months ago, and it was terrible. And terrible for her too, because she DID know what was happening, but she was unable to move, speak or do anything at all. It was a relief when she died, for her close ones.
