It's funky, it has umlauts and the letter people outside of Germany call a "b", it's an "sz" though. :stunned:

yeah and 'v' is pronounced as 'f'....i had bought a 'Germans for dummies' book; never got past first chapter :/

Ummm, that's half right. Sometimes it's pronounced as "f" and sometimes like "v" (German "w").

Blah to the german langauge. i'm glad i'm taking french.
