hi!! :-)

I was reminiscing about my time about 10 years ago...about how i was then...what i was doing. i attended a different school at that time, for one year, and so i looked it up...and then wrote an e-mail to the guy who taught me English for that year....i didn't know much English at all at that time....lol

i'd once written to my French teacher at another school (i had the luck/unluck of going thru 3 very different schools in 4 years of high school  ) and she never replied to my e-mail, so i wasn't expecting anything back.

but what an amazing surprise...he wrote back...and he was so happy that i wrote him after 10 years 'cuz he says he always wondered whatever happened to me....i was the only non-white guy in the whole school! :stunned: he's like....he got a "bolt from the blue" to be reading my e-mail after coming back from February break (the reason he'd not replied in 10 days...the school was out! lol).

ahh this is so wonderful! i feel like going back and visiting that school, i've got really really fond memories of that place  too bad it's like 2000 miles from here!

so this really made my day today :-) i needed something to raise my spirits and i got something! how cool is that! thank you!!

Aww.. that's so cool musiclover.

I always wanted to write to one of my piano teachers to thank her for all those years that she taught me. But I never did/do out of the fear that she wouldn't remember me. :stunned:
