Anybody know what programme I need to open files with an .8BF extension?

 

My mom needs it for some online homework, and all the programmes we have won't open it. I searched online, but the first one I downloaded was uhhhh bad. :P And she's getting pissed, somebody help me so I can go eat. lol

ah yeah i looked at photoshop and it's a photoshop plug-in. you still wouldn't be able to open it in photoshop....you can use it in photoshop though :P
