report on much performance!!!!

If anybody missed it or if anybody just wants to know what happened here's what went on last night on much music.

Sorry i missed the first 5 minutes of it, but when i turned on the tv trouble was playing, a great perofrmance! :) then they sat and talked with the host. chris talked about how politik was done in like 5 minutes in the kitchen. then someone asked about make trade fair. he just kept saying go to the website and how its so wonderful. he wanted people to know about it. he said that their just spokes models for it and he would of rather done that then any commercial for a candybar. being a guy berryman fan  i noticed right away that he was always excluded from the shots.  he was never in the cameras view when the whole band was shown. and he never talked. The host then started talking to them about their image and how they look so down to earth and like regular guys. chris joked about how the jacket he was wearing only cost 16 dollars. then the host said they dont have big time famous haircuts and then they laughed at guy because of his hair. after a commercial they went back and played some songs. they played dont panic and jonny played his harmonica. it was a pretty good performance. then they played what was i guess the b-side one i love. but what ever it was i swear they rocked it !!!! so far this was the best song they did!! it was also the first song chris' voice sounded great in! then chris went to his piano and started to play clocks i swear this performance was great! jonny was great too. you know when chris is singing and he closes his eyes and plays from his heart and he looks soooo good   :D well thats what happened at the end of the song! they rarely showed any close ups of guy. another commercial break then they came back to talk to the host. they went outside to shake hands with fans. guy stayed in the back and shook no one's hand. he just sipped his water. then they went back and talked about the colaboration with ron sexsmith. when they finally showed a close up of guy he looked soo bored , poor guy. another question was why the band was having trouble after the release of parachutes. chris and jonny said it was basically because the were tired and miserable and chris lost his voice. then when they got back together they noticed all the new songs they could do and they got excited and wanted to put out a new cd. then something came up about how they think the US is crazy about them. chris said that british people are more reserved about the band and the US is always excited. then they talked about the two people in the background of the video in my place. chris said they were two girls named Faith and Louise. then another break then back to music. they played yellow. and i thought this was so funny :D because i had the captioning on and the font color turned to yellow then when the song was over it turned back to white. next they played in my place and chris danced around like he does in the video. then that was basically the end of the show the host asked him if he had any finall words and he said "This has been the most bogus half age hour of our life" or something like that. then he went to the piano and started to play the scientist.  i thought i was going to die or at least faint! :multi: the song was beautifully played i have to say that was the best performance out of all the ones they did! then they played life is for living. chris' voice sounded incredible! :D he also added some different lyrics. i noticed he also did that when they performed the 2dollar bill concert for mtv2. they where like "in the end theres a hunger, and theres only love, cause in the end theres only love" then he told the crowd thank you and that was the end of the show!

Thanks for that gingerag, it sounds great!! Guy never speaks very much so don't be sad  :D He can't get a word in usually coz Chris just talks alot  Bless 'im!! The words to Life is For Living are always different when they do it live from how it is on the album. Anyway, thanks again

yeah i know guy never speaks much, but what got me was they rarely showed him in the camera's view. and that was the whole reason why i watched to see him!! anyways i was still good cant wait till they come to my town.

thanks for that too  guy always seems to be quite the silent and mysterious one.

quiet, silent, and mysterious i guess thats why i like him so much

he's the one that puts less info of himself out and i want to know more!!!

that's probably another reason why he has sites that are particularly just for him.

Hi y'all!! I was at the Coldplay I&I on Sunday night!! It was soo much fun! I got there around 11:30- 12:00 and stood in line until 8. It was great, all the devoted coldplay fans who didn't get wristbands stood in line, talked about their music and shared food!! It was great!!! It rained on us 5 times, including during the show!!! But it was worth it! The guys only came out for like, a minute, but I gave Chris a high-five!! Six hours before the show, we heard them doing their soundcheck!!! It was a very very memorable day!!!! Alright, just wanted to share my experience!!

Sweet

god - you are very dedicated, well done  and, here i go sounding stupid again, but what's an I&!? :?:

Apparently Guy wasn't very well, that's why he was extra quiet. Someone on the other board said they overheard Chris asking him how he was and saying "you'll be ok" and stuff  Awwwwwwwww, poor little Guy, I feel like I want to give him a big hug. Nevermind, they're coming home soon, maybe he's just overly tired and needs a bit of a break........... before touring here and getting knackered again

i know, all that touring must be a bit tiring to say the least. i hope they're all fine for this tour though :?

They could all just do with a good old English cup of tea eh? I can't wait for them to be back home. I know it sounds silly but I feel all over protective sometimes with the boys  I need help :silly:

I know what you mean - words cannot describe the panic that set in when Chris lost his voice during the last American tour. especially cos i was meant to be seeing them for the first time just after the news broke and i had been counting down (literally) for months. but it was all good in the end

i think u girls should setup a coldplay resthome for their return - im sure they will be very appreciative
