Sweet One
THEY TOTALLY DO!! The tiny flies are fruit flies..and the medium flies are.....medium... :stunned:
LifeIs4Living
^it's true, they do come in many sizes
Professor Peedston
I know there are different sized flies, but when I say "fly" I usually think of the typical housefly. Any other size fly should be specifically named (fruit fly, horse fly, etc) Flies are nasty. The more I say the word "fly" the less it feels like a real word.
Sweet One
horsefly?? I'm picturing a "medium" fly with a horse tail..hahaha..i have a weird imagination. :D

Sweet One
 You can pencil that in your dictionary.
Professor Peedston
You know how I know I'm pathetic? I just opened my dictionary to see if there was anything close to "ginormous" in there. And no, there isn't. It goes from ginko straight to ginseng.
Sweet One
hahahaah!!!!! You're funny Tom. There you go...your goal for tomorrow is to use "ginormous" in a sentence and freak people out.
Professor Peedston
 I'll do it too. I think my favorite thing to do in social situations is confuse people or make them uncomfortable. It's more important to amuse myself but ostricizing somebody than it is to amuse other people with funny "normal" jokes.
Sweet One
YES!! you'll have to let me know how that rolls.
Professor Peedston
So how would I use "ginormous" in a sentence? Other than talking about a fly.

Professor Peedston
I like soft more, it makes it sound less like "enormous."
