Finally I think i will go to Portugal, exactly to Viseu.

Reasons:

Is cheaper

they have a students residence in the uni (it costs only 130€ per month)

their uni is bigger than mine

it will offer me the chance of learn a new language

is an uni degree

is closer to my city... well

 

so i will be there for a whole year probably... 9 months.. lol like a pregnancy hehe.

hehe i made jokes about it with my dad.. may be when i come back i bring with me a lil joao... hehe.

 

my dad told me that he will buy me a laptop probably next june, so we can mail once a week when i'll be abroad.

yes the uni have computers and free access to internet, but i wanted to have a laptop since i started uni here, and now i have an strong reason to get it.

yeah triplets hehe.. well i want to have a baby when i'llbe 25, now i'm only 20 so.. we must wait 5 years, hehe.

here's not rainy, i didn't went out today (well only to buy 2 things but it took me only 5 mins hehe), but it seems sunny, i think is still a bit cold and windy.

I don't know how hot is in Barcelona in summer... here the hot is a bit sticky, so you are wet all the day, because we are very close to the sea so the wheater is very humid all the year.

wow... i just recieve a letter, offering me to do a 3 weeks course in Canada, United States, UK, Ireland, Malta, Australia or New Zeland. I can do it from june to november this year. :surprised: wow incredible... but i must decide it before 31st march, and the letter has just arrive home now. :( is an offer from the education ministery of spain, because last year i got a grant from them... lol they offer me this and they deny me my grant for this year... hehe.

Hey Giuly :) How are you doing? Long time since the last time i met you here.

Yes it seems i will be travelling a lot this year :D great. But the problem is i think i won't have time to do two trips... this one to an english speaked country is from june to november and if will be the next year in portugal, i can't go to the english speake countries this september, i have the exams in june... so it must be in july or august.. but i wanted to get a job this summer.. on the other hand i never had this summer course offer before so... :D

That is so great!!!!of course if I were you I'd try as hard as possible to go on both trips but ..well if you have exams and everything you might go out crazy with everything!!:P

anyway I' m all right...school has been very hard this year and I have to study a LOOOOT and wake up everyday at 6 in order to read everything again....kind of stressing, but right now I'm just thinking that it' s only 2 weeks to go for easter feasts so I' m flying to Germany back to my parents and I'm also going to a Bob Dylan' s concert so I'm looking really forward to it!!:D

yes it seems its destiny, although i don't like to think about it too much... i had some dreams time ago, that were so.. frustrating... and luckily i don't have them anymore, i hope it won't come back...

portugese isnt that hard to learn if you speak spannish, innit? a friend of mine is portugese and she said she understands quite a lot when people speak spanish.

yes is easy to understand, but i think that may be it can make it be a bit diifficult to learn it.. i mean, i understand them speaking and reading, but i can't write or speak correctly, i'm afraid that the similarities will make me i use false friends when i will be there... :/ But is a nice place.

well my luck comes a bit late.. my friends had this offers when they were at high school, and as i was studying french as first language the ministery never offered me a trip for summer... well...

i don't know which place, is a language course of 3 weeks... and the ministery website didn't worked yesterday :S and i have to decide in less than 5 days :(

I don't know why the letters come that late at my neigbourghood. :(

I hope i can do it. because i also have the problem of times, in september i will be in portugal, and in june i have my final exams, and this course is from june to november this year...
