Does anyone know of a FREE program that can convert real media files to either wav or mp3? I have a concert that i would like to put on to a cd.

depending what soundcard you've got....you can record in a mode of "What You Hear"..and you can set the levels to how you want...and then just leave it to record in real time. but, if you've not got a soundcard with that option...You can probably type in Google RM to Mp3 convert or something similar, and find something...and you can probably download if from the web or use BitTorrent ;)

there probably is a geeky way to do it.
