A Sky Full of Stars physical single release Coldplay's 2nd single from Ghost Stories, A Sky Full of Stars is set to be released as a physical single later on this month. It was already confirmed to have a June 30th release date in the UK but that was as much information as we could get. This morning, Warner music (who own Coldplay's record label) have now confirmed, A Sky Full of Stars will be available in Germany supposedly from 20th June. The tracklisting can be seen below. A few weeks ago, there were strong rumours on Twitter that Another's Arms was available to download on the Indonesian iTunes page and there was a popularity bar showing, this was accident and reports suggested it was quickly taken off by Apple. One twitter user posted a clip, of which was apparently the studio version of Another's Arms but it was a low quality recording and could of been an edit of the live iTunes version. Many Coldplayers woke up (or are about to wake up!) this morning to news that the 2nd single off Ghost Stories, A Sky Full of Stars has been released! The hyped single has already reached #1 on the iTunes charts in over 70 countries within a few hours of release. This is also due to the large amount of pre-orders for Ghost Stories which was apparent when Midnight was released and has grown even more since. Since the announcement of Ghost Stories, A Sky Full of Stars has been heavily rumoured to be a single, originally as the third single after they release Another's Arms which was listed by Amazon on their pre-order list for Ghost Stories shortly after the announcement. Another's Arms was shown to have a release date of April 28th while A Sky Full of Stars was listed to be released on 12th May, a week before the album release. Word around the campfire is that Coldplay have been spending some time in an LA recording studio recording their long awaited follow up to 2011′s Mylo Xyloto report radio.com and various other US radio franchises today. An article has emerged online from Montreal-based Canoe Francais seemingly giving new information on Coldplay's forthcoming sixth album.The article, written in French has been translated and suggests that the album (which we currently call LP6) will be released as early as May or June of 2014, with sounds similar to that of second album 'A Rush Of Blood To The Head'.
