Nevermind, it seems that microsoft are blocking our IP. All emails sent from our server will either not send or be sent to the users spam folder. I have contacted microsoft about the issue. Users with the following email addresses will not receive emails from coldplaying until the issue is resolved: Outlook.com Live.com Hotmail.com MSN.com

Should be fixed now!

Hi Everyone Since the world tour is upon us, Coldplaying HQ has become overwhelmingly busy and we have been in need of extra team members. The amazing Mike or @AwardChris, who has been running the Chris Martin Campaign and many of Mila Furstova's social media accounts is taking a break as a team member at Coldplaying.
