  1. Yeah, I know, in Netherlands it's +1 hour (later). So, 5am and 3pm.
  2. For the Netherlands, it's 5AM and 3PM, I think.
  3. I don't think this is the right place for such things . . . . .
  4. That's the question indeed..........
  5. I love the video! :joy: And I never thought I would see something like this again!
  6. It's very hard to pick just one but I'm going to say Life in Technicolor, for me it's the best concert opener Coldplay have ever done
  7. I really hope they will!
  8. For those who missed it, Coldplay shared an extended video of their garden performance at the beginning from Orphan's music video. It's so nice to hear this raw version of the song finally! I love this, the fact that it's just the 4 of them playing the song on an acoustic guitar, electric guitar, bass and drums, and just Chris + Will singing the song without the use of any additional vocals and instruments makes it so much more interesting to listen to, at least for me. To be honest, I prefer listening to this version (at the moment) because, you know, the other one is totally mastered. https://t.co/P1G4Yf7mYx
  9. A reminder: the BBC Children In Need documentary with Jodie Whittaker (actress who covered Yellow), Jonny and Will is on BBC One now =D EDIT: I haven't seen them yet, they must be showing up soon. Jodie has been talking a bit about how much she loves Coldplay though.
  10. The 2nd track should be great!
  11. This would be very interesting!
  12. That's difficult to answer (obviously). I think it will be a song that really delivers a message inspired by the album's theme. If this makes sense. I don't expect anything like O, (which is quiet and mellow and has just Chris on piano with some background instruments), or Up&Up, which sounds hopeful and bombastic. It could be a song that neither does sound happy nor sad. I find it difficult to explain but I guess you know what I mean. Jonny and Chris will have a great influence on each other in this song. Like, Chris sings his melodies and Jonny plays along with them and then takes the lead at some points! My expectations: it's going to be less bombastic compared to Every Teardrop/ASFOS but is 'happier' than Death And All His Friends. So, somewhere in between DAAHF and ETIAW/ASFOS. I'm not saying it sounds like any of the mentioned songs, CP songs do never sound the same in my opinion.
  13. Wow, I haven't been digging these out really. I'm lost for words.
  14. What? Wait, let me get this right. So, the electric guitar part is not written by Jonny?
  15. Yeahhhh, but I don't think he'll do that riff during the whole song though!
  16. Hopefully, they are doing a Later Live with Jools Holland gig this time.... I really missed this during the AHFOD era.
  17. When is the Grammy Awards?
  18. Unfortunately, he just does the backing vocals indeed :( But I hope he does more of them than he usually does.
  19. Ah, thanks!
  20. Damn..... You were a bit faster than I was :poop:
  21. According to the Will's words in the Orphans (official video premiere) live chat on YouTube 2 days ago, it is Will's favourite track off the album!!! So I am really excited to hear this one eventually! :innocent:
  22. When they play this song live, I hope Jonny will do 50% (or 100% :)) of the solo on guitar and the other 50% by sax (live as well with some other musicians!!!!!), that would make me satisfied! =D
  23. Really? You are talking 'bout Arabesque, right? As someone mentioned before, The Right Stuff, but that is only because of the instrumental section though. The song I was more thinking of is one of his recent songs. It was released a month or 2 ago, which is called Evil Flower. It's pretty experimental, Noel also said in interviews that he want to get away from that Oasis sound. So, now he's making music for his own and he loves it, many Oasis fans really hate his music since his last album and EP's.
  24. I was also thinking a little bit about The Right Stufd because it has a very long instrumentel as well.
