I feel sorry for what has happened but as you said, it's good that's it's over now. It'll take some time to let yourself go. If you feel that you want to leave this place, do it. I think that the best way to forget is taking your free time up with doing a lot of things instead of sitting and rethinking everything over and over again. I wish all the best for you.
