So we're not sure about the Blue Room then! Oh well. Well I didn't say one was the original and one the reissue as I wasn't sure.

I've got a better one for you: The original issue of the Brothers and Sisters CD states "NING68CD 01" on the inner ring of the CD itself. The reissue has "NING68CD 02".

The only variation between Blue Room EP CDs I've seen is that earlier ones have "3:1:10" on the CD inner ring, and later ones have "3:1:13". Otherwise identical. I wouldn't let it bother you frankly.

So the Don't Panic 12" vinyl I mentioned sold for £113.

Just to let people know that 3 of my photos from this gig are on the Coldplay 2013 calendar. (March, May, and August / 3, 5, and 8 as read in the image).

It's an unofficial release (not from EMI/Capitol), so it's not really legit. You can buy them much cheaper on discogs.

Well I might be a fan of Coldplay, but I love live music photography (and I did get paid for the shots). I'll have to update my flickr with some new stuff soon. Phil Harvey took some of the shots on the calendar, which are probably the shots from behind the band - those are great. On a separate topic I see you're updating the site again... it's looking good!

Thanks Evelien, I am really pleased! I think Wendy's done a great job with the calendar. The photos were spotted on flickr: After they had gone through Phil, the final photos were run past the band. I took the shots from the crowd with my Olympus full-manual compact camera (they don't let larger cameras into most concerts so it has to do!). I'd love to be able to shoot from in front of the barriers with my SLR to get better results, so I'm hoping perhaps they'll let me do this again for them in future. I like to think my shots are a bit different to most. It's definitely thanks to Debs for noticing the shots!

I've been wanting to mention, as I thought you guys might be interested - Coldplay recently picked up some of my photographs, and as a result a quarter of the year on the new 2013 calendar is represented by shots taken by yours truly (at the Etihad show on the 9th of June)! It's released this week from the official store. The lovelies Debs Wild, Arlene Moon and Phil Harvey were involved, and the calendar was designed by the very talented Wendy Marvel at Slender Fungus. There's a link in my sig to the original photo album too.

Wow, now that is one fat wad of moolah! And to think they said tapes were obsolete.

X&Y Interview disc is seen now and again, it usually goes for around £10. The original brothers and sisters is not really that rare, and can be picked up for not much money. I still think these PoC remix CD-Rs are fake. They all seem to be coming from one or two sellers for starters, and they're flooding ebay.
