1. What types of people.. Well, the good thing is that you have all types of people here, from all over the world. Many Americans, of course, many English, German, Italian, Australian - too many to count :P I guess that the people themselves aren't THAT different, you know, as we all love Coldplay and that's what connects us! In addition, I guess we're all quite responsible people, caring for things like the band does, like Make Trade Fair and other organisations. 2) Their music I personally wouldn't describe Coldplay as 'Pop', but not as 'Rock' either. To me, they're still an Indie Band! Of course not as much as they used to be, back in the times of 'Parachutes', but to me, they still are indie and always will be :D 3) Log on times and posts Well, when it comes to log on times and posts, you should maybe do a bit research yourself and take a look at the users list and all.. I personally don't know how often the others log on, you know? The ones who are really big Coldplay fans and who spend a lot of time on the web log on daily, maybe even several times a day! 4) Obstacles Well.. especially in recent times, there were a lot of arguments in several threads. As soon as something disappointing happens, people heat up and start discussions, you know. We're all from different countries and social backgrounds, so there are always obstacles that you have to cope with! But that's also interesting, isn't it? 5) Why do users participate.. Well, I can only speak for myself, and I personally participate for the following reasons: - Finding out more about the band. - Getting to know lots of different people from different countries. --> And especially getting to know people who have the same passion as me: being a huge Coldplay fan :D - Expressing my opinions and experiences. 6) Features Like Ondes Martenot has said, the features are the attachment of pictures and the media player. I just downloaded the orchestral tribute, but I bought the Piano Tribute at HMV in London and I don't regret it at all, it's a wonderful CD, definitely recommendable :D I bought Brothers & Sisters at HMV, too, it's cool that they offer these special Coldplay thingys!

All of them except of Shiver and Don't Panic, I think.. Shiver is amazingly expensive and Don't Panic isn't easy to get either!

^ Exactly. Just be happy that the band is still around, that they just finished a long, great tour and that they're not planning to break up! That's all a fan wants! And waiting for a new album, new b-sides, new videos and new gigs is what excitement for a band is all about :D

Come on, there's absolutely no point in insulting anyone here.. I've notived that there've been a lot of arguments in threads recently.. Calm down, guys! I understand why people are disappointed about the DVD thing. And I'm sure that EMI has done some things that upsets fans, but every company does.. That's music business, you can't satisfy everyone!

Oooh no no no! I don't think that Chris would ever ever turn "Til Kingdom Come", a beautiful, simple song dedicated to and written for Johnny Cash, into a hip hop remix with Jay-Z! Neeeever ever!!

Justin Timberlake doesn't care about anyone but himself. I recently saw him making fun of Coldplay in an interview on TV (he laughed off Chris' dancing skills), then he says he nerver enters a stage without listening to "Clocks" before that, and now this.. Justin doesn't even make music anymore, he says a few words that you can't even understand among all the electronical stuff.. Good though, never liked his voice! He's a good dancer, he would have made a good back up dancer for Britney :P

She looks gorgeous indeed and I like the fact that she took little Moses with her to L.A. - she wasn't only there for 'Pleasures', but also presented an award to Annette Bening last night, at an annual Premiere Magazine's Women ceremony! :D It would be interesting to know why she didn't take Apple with her - seems like Apple and daddy stayed in London for some quality time together, how cute :P

Haha, I remember beating all my friends with Keane's "Somewhere only we know", because it's much easier when you know the lyrics and can concentrate on the sound ;) It's so much fun, I wish I'd have SingStar myself - another great PlayStation 2 game is "Buzz", I once played it all day at a friend's place, genius :D

YES, it's just a RUMOUR - there aren't any quotes, nothing! I remember reading the very first post about it, where it only said "Wouldn't it be great if the two would team up together?" and more and more news sites turned it into "They DO team up".. that's just how rumours spread!

I agree with Ondes Martenot, that's just a stupid rumour that's been floating around the web for a little while now, made up by the press! Just because Paul McCartney is divorced now and his daughter is Gwyneth's best friend, there's no need to invent a match-up..

The songlist for the new addition to the SingStar series, the American version of Sing Star Rocks!, has now been announced. Among the original songs and music videos by hot artists like Gwen Stefani and Blur, but also classics like Aretha Franklin and Gloria Gaynor, are Coldplay with 'Speed of Sound'.
