  1. I personally think he's just fed up with being such a hot, sexy, amazing-looking guy, so he lets his hair grow to look like a geek - and he changes his voice at the same time because he's not only fed up with looking good, but also with sounding good - duh :P
  2. Well, I understand if some people think Coldplay's music is too soft - but I'm really sick of that cliché that Coldplay songs are ALWAYS ballads and melodramatic, sad songs, you know.. My brother actually says every single day "You're a depressed person because you listen to depressing bands" - he comes in, hears Coldplay, shakes his head and says "You're gonna end up jumping off a building when you keep listening to these songs" :P
  3. Oh that's cool, thanks for letting us know :D Are there any further details about the song? Does anyone know how it's called?
  4. I'm interested in the second one, it's my favourite Coldplay lyric part :D Just depends on the prize ;)
  5. I love Starbucks - everyone calls me a stupid Starbucks freak who pays way too much money for a coffee, just because it says "Starbucks" on it. But believe me, I've never seen something CLOSE to the DELICIOUS Frappucino, I love it! And I just love the atmosphere in its shops, and especially its music! It's just comfortable and wonderful.. They once played an instrumental Jazz album, where the melodies of popular songs were played, and one of the songs was Coldplay's, it sounded brilliant!
  6. I quickly made a screenshot for you, youtube's quality isn't that good, maybe we'll have a better picture some day, here it is:
  7. Yeah it's certainly them, it was at the Grand Prix in Silverstone, I accidentally switched on my TV exactly when Guy and Joanna were seen in the background of a guy interviewing a Formula 1 racer :P It's cool that you noticed that, I wouldn't see that in this one second!
  8. Yeah I heard about it a couple of days ago, can't wait to see the film and buy the soundtrack, Zach Braff is a genius, at least in choosing songs for his movie soundtracks ;) I especially love the fact that he never chooses the best-selling songs from X&Y, but the classics, like Warning Sign this time and Sparks for his last movie!
  9. Yeah but that's different - all the other three reality shows were about THE COUPLE, Hogan knows best is about the whole family and a couple that has been married for DECADES, you can more compare it to The Osbournes and not the others.
  10. Well, just type into google.com "convert mp4 to wmv" or any other file you want, maybe add "freeware" as an additional word as well and look for a programme that converts your files! It's pretty easy, just search and try it! EDIT: I'm sorry I misunderstood your post, you obviously don't wanna convert anything, you want to download The Hardest Part - as that's illegal because it's an official song, I can't help you, I'm sorry.
  11. Noooo, no reality show, please, all of the fuckin' reality show couples broke up within the past few months: Nick & Jessica Carmen Electra & Dave Navarro and now even Travis Barker (from Blink 182) and Shanna :P
  12. Well, I doubt we'll ever hear it. To be honest, it kinda sucked that we heard Ode to Deodorant, because I kinda liked that secret about it, and the mistery.. And now that we all have it, that mistery is kinda gone. And I'm glad we have a new mysterious song now :P
  13. ^ Don't worry, like KM said, I wasn't talking about you ;)
  14. I can't believe this.. How can anyone think that we wouldn't get that prick? How stupid is that? If you want to tell us about the artwork your website does, then just do so, and don't lie to us! Coldplay fans aren't stupid ;)
  15. Noo Chris would never act like Hulk Hogan, I bet he and Gwyneth are that "We let our kids do what they think is best for them"-kind of parents :P
  16. Here are two new pictures of Apple with her nanny, from July 11 in New York. She looks adorable :D Found them on http://gpaltrow.proboards76.com/ (lovely message board, by the way!)
  17. Lol :P It's something awesome to buy, but for THAT price? Good lord!
  18. New pics of Gwyneth leaving a gym in North London: From limelight.org
  19. We discussed that topic in the Apple thread as well, yeah.. Just because she's with Gwyneth on the set, she doesn't have to be her assistant. She could just be there to take care of little Moses during the sets - they're all family, so why not helping each other?
  20. Oooh I always wanted White Shadows to be released as a single, but I guess you can't see it as an official release, just like What If - it's only available in one country, so - congratulations, Australian citizens :P

Alright, I bought the book today! I haven't looked through all the drawings yet, but I'll do so tomorrow and tell you which other artists did a great job ;) Guy's drawing is.. well.. if you expected an amazing piece of art, a masterpiece, something excellent, then you'll be disappointed ;) But it's kinda "cute", I guess - very simple, and the story that goes along with is sweet as well! (That's the best scan I managed, the book doesn't allow any scans without the shadows in the middle - I'll try to do it a little better the next days) Guy's story behind his artwork: I was only eight years old when I visited the Museum Centre Pompidou in Paris and got lost. The Centre is a huge, dodgy building in which you can lose your way easily over and over again. However, I suddenly found myself on its roof. This was a scaring experience, because in addition, the door behind me got closed and I couldn't open it anymore. Pure horror! I still remember how the door behind me got locked and I was stuck. Fortunately someone has followed me and brought me downstairs again. I can't remember anything else that happened that day, not even what my mother said to me. I solely remember that I was scared to death and felt very lonely in these short moments. I seriously thought that I'd have to die on the roof of the Centre Pompidou in Paris... ~ Freely dubbed from German to English If the picture posting doesn't work, look at it on this link: http://coldplay.co.funpic.de/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=45&Itemid=58
  22. Are you serious? August just started and you're counting down to the middle of September? :P Well, alright, it's good to have something to celebrate ^^
  23. I recently read an interview with Gwyneth and she said that she was a huge Coldplay fan before she even met Chris :D
  24. I totally agree with you. In my Place creates extraordinary feelings inside - I was switching through the TV channels the other night and suddenly there was In my Place on MTV and I haven't seen the video for ages and the second I heard it, I just felt so happy and - it's a brilliant video as well, it just makes you feel good :D
