How could I forget....they opened with HALO! So happy I had listened to the album a thousand times before that. haha. Kind of felt like I was the only one going bonkers for the new stuff.

So right you are! Oh my gosh Kara, they were incredible once again! I had a great view from the higher standing area where I was. I'm super bummed though I didnt bring a camera! They played all my favorites from the new album! Ion Square, Signs, One Month Off and during Mercury, Kele went out into the crowd. And of course the classic favorites, I wish they would play Helicopter twice... haha once in the beginning and then close with it. :P The new video/single is great! I've become addicted all over with them. :laugh3:

I did a triathlon on Sunday. It was put on by a great company called "Element Events". They always have music playing while the events go on. SO of course I was thrilled when after swimming a 800 m and as I approached the shore, VIVA LA VIDA was blasting from the speakers and gave me that last push to carry on and get out of the water. IT FELT GOOD! All I could think was " thank you Coldplay!" hahahaha. :laugh3:

WOW. I'm still over the moon for the new album. New favorite track: Ion Square. I love the buildup and lyrics. Ahhhhhhh. I don't think I can wait until Sept 5th!

Alrighty peeps. I went shopping. haha. And I have the plainest taste in clothes! I got this black dress in a small size because I think it would look better as a top on me. It's cowl neck with a tight band on the legs/waist. And then some dark wash straight leg jeans. I have some black flats I wear all the time so I'll wear those. FYI on the hair: my new roomie is a stylist so she's happy to do something spiffy to it! I tried to get my shoes in here but it came out really bad and had to brighten up the contrast a lot. Ooops and excuse my mess! and sorry it's so small, I resized it accidently!
