I always wake up 25 mins before my alarm goes off. See, that's a enough time to fall back asleeep but just makes it so much harder to wake up when I know I'll only get a deep sleep for that short time. My biological internal clock is screwy!

The X Files message board on Delphi forums. Way back in like 1997. I've been on Orlando Bloom fan boards ( dont judge!) another X Files Forum, Official Coldplay board, Snow Patrol Forum, allmsu ( for michigan State university students), Coachella Board, Lollapalooza Forum and BeginnerTriathlete. But of course this little diddy of a message board has a special place in my wee heart.

I'll talk about some bad food. My awful roommate made some shitty cornbread muffins. they are hard and not tasty.

Sleep is amazing. I never get enough though! Only about 5.5 hours a night. But I've done the all nighters back in uni..... never went smoothly. just made me sick and do not soo good on exams. Now I know better.
